RiDE
RiDE (Rider Development Experience) is all about improving your cycling skills and stamina, whether you're a beginner or advanced cyclist. The comprehensive 8-12 week program brings coaches and students together in a weekly training environment to help you go beyond your current abilities. From the new rider seeking to complete their fist metric century to the avid cyclist seeking to complete a 5-hour century, the RiDE program will fit anyone at any level. Additional information and registration coming soon!

New Rider Clinics
New Rider Clinics are offered as an entry-level training program for the beginning cyclist. At these free clinics we teach important skills for safe riding on the road. We also teach some basic traffic law principles, bike maintenance, and bike handling. A group riding skills clinic will be held at the same time as the new rider clinic.  If you already have the basic bike safety skills and want to learn more about riding in a group in a safe manner, then the group riding skills clinic is for you!
